Our hostel, located right next to the Natural History Museum and Hyde Park, is easily accessed via two metro stations around the corner ? a perfect starting point from which to explore all the most exciting London sites and events.

Our MEININGER team is always happy to show you the way to Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, the London Eye and Oxford Street ? all of which can be quickly and easily reached from our house. Or explore the area right around the hostel, which is filled with pubs and is home to London?s most famous shop, Harrods. Take the Free Walking Tour if you want to visit the most happening spots in the city and pick up all the insider tips and info.

We also have All-Female Dormitories for those women in search of a more private space.

DIRECTIONS ? The fastest way to find us

The best way to reach our hostel is via the Underground Station ?Gloucester Road? on the District, Circle and Piccadilly line (green, yellow and blue colour).

From all directions
- The District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines will all take you to our ho(s)tel near Hyde Park. For further information on the public transport, please visit www.tfl.gov.uk.
- Get off at Gloucester Road. All exists from the station will lead you to Gloucester Road.
- Turn left and walk up Gloucester Road. After 50m, you will reach the first traffic lights. Turn right into Cromwell Road and go down the street. After another 250m, you will reach the next traffic lights at the intersection with Queensgate and find our hostel on the left corner. It is just 5 minutes walk!

From the Airports
- From Heathrow Airport (LHR), take the Piccadilly Line directly to Gloucester Road Station (45 minutes journey).
- Get off at Gloucester Road. All exists from the station will lead you to Gloucester Road.
- Turn left and walk up Gloucester Road. After 50m, you will reach the first traffic lights. Turn right into Cromwell Road and go down the street. After another 250m, you will reach the next traffic lights at the intersection with Queensgate and find our hostel on the left corner. It is just 5 minutes walk!
- A taxi ride will cost around 38 GBP.

- From Stansted Airport (STN), take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street (40 minutes journey). Alternatively, there are bus connections operated by National Express and Terravision, both of them terminating a Victoria Coach Station, or Easybus terminating near Baker Street.
- From there, take the Circle, Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road.
- Turn left and walk up Gloucester Road. After 50m, you will reach the first traffic lights. Turn right into Cromwell Road and go down the street. After another 250m, you will reach the next traffic lights at the intersection with Queensgate and find our hostel on the left corner. It is just 5 minutes walk!
- A taxi ride will cost around 75 GBP.

- From Gatwick Airport (LGW), take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station (30 minutes journey). Alternatively, there is a bus connection run by National Express terminating at Victoria Station as well.
- From there, take the Circle, Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road.
- Turn left and walk up Gloucester Road. After 50m, you will reach the first traffic lights. Turn right into Cromwell Road and go down the street. After another 250m, you will reach the next traffic lights at the intersection with Queensgate and find our hostel on the left corner. It is just 5 minutes walk!
- A taxi ride will cost around 75 GBP.

- From Luton Airport (LTN), you will find busses running to Victoria Station (70 minutes journey) operated by Green Line, Easybus and Terravision.
- From there, take the Circle, Piccadilly or District Line to Gloucester Road.
- Turn left and walk up Gloucester Road. After 50m, you will reach the first traffic lights. Turn right into Cromwell Road and go down the street. After another 250m, you will reach the next traffic lights at the intersection with Queensgate and find our hostel on the left corner. It is just 5 minutes walk!
